Tuina - Chinese Medical Massage
Richard Steven uses Tuina mostly to treat the neck and shoulder pain and stiffness that often occurs with people using computers for long periods of time. It is often given through loose clothing so no stripping off is required, although oils are sometimes used when necessary or preferred.
Tuina is very effective for treating RSI's, back pain, sciatica, acute and chronic injuries, and general aches and pains. It is often used in conjunction with acupuncture, cupping and moxibustion.
